Maintenance Operations Associate
Perform hands-on maintenance and landscaping across our commercial portfolio in Central Pennsylvania. Responsibilities include mowing, grounds upkeep, seasonal lawn care, general facility maintenance, and light repairs. This is a field-based role requiring reliable transportation and a willingness to work outdoors year-round.
What We're Looking For
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or facilities upkeep
Ability to operate mowers, trimmers, and standard maintenance equipment
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
Dependable, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple sites
