The oldest operating storage facility in Pennsylvania, with a documented legacy dating back over a century. Originally constructed as a seven-story bonded warehouse for Highspire Whiskey, the building was later converted to automobile storage. In 1924, a large freight elevator was added, still in use today.

Now spanning 67,000 square feet, the facility offers indoor and outdoor storage, along with vehicle and trailer parking.
